Techher4change assists women who have faced the harrowing challenges of abuse. Our core approach revolves around imparting essential technology skills, ensuring that these resilient individuals are well-equipped to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape with confidence and proficiency.

Through a collective efforts with individuals, organizations and partners, we help underserved and abused women and girls gain their confidence and navigate the tech ecosystem, helping them transform and achieve their career potential through coaching, tech skills training, community into gaining their confidence and starting a rewarding career that ensures and personal growth.
TechHer4Change offers these survivors a platform upon which they would not only recover but also thrive, ultimately achieving independence and fulfillment.
We are aimed at teaching underserved and abused women and girls tech skills so they can confidently use digital tools to navigate the modern digital world. However, our efforts go beyond just teaching tech skills. We also prioritize creating connections and providing opportunities in the tech field.
Through our work, we aim to harness digitalization into a source of empowerment and personal growth for these survivors. We are aimed at empowering these survivors, not only to recover from their past experiences but also to thrive and achieve a renewed sense of control and fulfillment in their lives by teaching them tech skills, connecting them to internship and job opportunities and setting them on a rewarding tech career. More importantly giving them a community where they can fully express themselves.

Tech Skills Training

In today’s volatile tech space, women and girls experience several types of data breach and abuse that poses a threat to their mental and social well being, at TechHer4Change, we educate women and girls about online safety, cybersecurity, and protecting themselves from digital threats and harassment.
