WHO WE ARE

WHO WE ARE

Our Vision

We envision a world where all women and girls, regardless of their background, have equal access to tech education and employment opportunities, thereby breaking the cycle of abuse and poverty to create a future of dignity, independence, and opportunity for women.

Our Mission

To empower underserved, abused women and girls, by providing them with essential technology skills and connecting them to job opportunities to foster independence, self-sufficiency, and a brighter future

About Us

TechHer4Change is a dedicated non-governmental organization committed to empowering underserved and abused women and girls.

We believe in the power of technology to change lives, and we are dedicated to making sure that women who have been through tough times are also given in chance in a very competitive workforce using the power of technology.

We are passionate about the growth of women and girls and helping women succeed in the tech industry.

TechHer4Change believes that everyone deserves a chance to thrive and build a better future, no matter what challenges they’ve faced in the past. By providing tech skills and support to women who cannot afford the cost of learning a tech skill as well as women who have experienced abuse, TechHer4Change is not only empowering these individuals but also contributing to a more diverse and inclusive tech industry.

At TechHer4Change we provide support and mentorship to underserved as well as abused women and girls; we understand that it can be tough to start a new career, especially if you’ve been through difficult experiences, hence, we connect women with mentors who can guide them, answer their questions, and provide emotional support.

TechHer4Change’s mission is to address the complex issues that abused women frequently encounter, such as financial insecurity, emotional distress, and a limited skillset that hampers their employability prospects
